Artwork Labeling Requirement Disclaimer

All artwork submitted for any exhibition, competition, or related event by and/or through The Art League of Nassau County must be properly labeled before delivery or installation. Each piece must bear a securely attached label on the back (or base, for three-dimensional works) clearly stating the following:

                                                                              1. Exhibition Name

                                                                              2. Category (if applicable)

                                                                              3. Artist’s full name

                                                                              4. Telephone Number

                                                                              5. Title of the work

                                                                              6. Year Created

                                                                              7. Medium

                                                                              8. Sale price or “NFS” (Not For Sale)

                                                                              9. Dimensions (unframed size)

Unlabeled artwork will not be accepted for display, judging, or sale, and The Art League of Nassau County assumes no responsibility for any unlabeled or misidentified works. By submitting artwork for any ALNC event, the artist acknowledges and agrees to these labeling requirements and accepts full responsibility for accurate and complete labeling information.
